I'm hoping to resurrect this blog -- and respond to some of your comments -- soon! This journey through chronic Lyme disease has been harder and longer than I ever imagined, but there's lots of light and hope here. I've missed this! Look forward to getting back, and to reconnecting with the Austen world online.
cheers!
Lori
Hi,
Just finished your book and I really enjoyed it!! Sorry to hear you are still suffering from Lyme disease. We just found out that my sister has been diagnosed with it last week...She had the same feelings as you did...Finally a name for this unknown energy drainer!. I hope you continue to write and that you are getting stronger and feeling better every day!

Hi Miss Lori,
Wow! You have Lyme Disease too?
I've been battling it since late in the year of '07 (to read more please click on this link: http://uniquelyfashionedforhisglory.blogspot.com/2011/05/please-keep-me-in-your-prayers.html). It is such a hard disease! Do you see Dr. Jemsek in Washington, D.C.? He is my Lyme Doctor. I'm trying a homeopathic Dr. in VA as well.
I know that this has probably been a never-ending, bumpy road for you these past few years.
My hope is that you are better now and I'll keep you in my prayers. :)
Blessings in Him,
Moriah
P.S. I love your blog...I'm a big Jane Austen fan as well!

Please. I read your book on Jane Austen after reading one of your interviews. I had never read a single Austen novel, but loved your book so much I read it twice, and even my husband (a book "snob") couldn't put it down. I tried so hard to find out anything about you on the web and finally gave up. I'm happy to report that I'm now on my 3rd Austen novel in preparation for an online class through Oxford that starts this fall.
I'm very interested in your updates, including your speaking schedule. If you're ever in Cincinnati, OH or Lexington, KY, I want to know!
Best wishes in your recovery and future writing projects.
