Happy Valentine’s Day, dear readers! One of my favorites…

Here is Knightley echoing Darcy’s thoughts of the other day:

“I cannot make speeches, Emma . . . If I loved you less, I might be able to talk about it more.”

    Yes, Mr. Knightley has always been my favorite Austen man! So profound, caring, and noble. Thanks for including him in your posts; so often people gloss over him in the Darcy craze. Not that Mr. Darcy isn’t wonderful; but Mr. Knightle has so many great attributes to bring to the table.
